FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

You can book directly via the contact form on the desired tour page, or by sending us an email/WhatsApp. We will respond within 24 hours to confirm availability and price.

We accept international bank transfers (in Euro) and payments via PayPal or credit card (fees may apply). 

A deposit is generally requested to confirm the reservation.

Our prices are transparent. 

They include: private transport, accommodation (Riads and bivouac), daily dinner and breakfast, the team (driver/guide, camel driver), and specific activities (camel riding, sandboarding).

The price does not include international flights, lunch meals (except those mentioned during transfers or treks), drinks (other than mineral water in the desert), tips, and entrance fees to museums/sites (like Ait Benhaddou).

We use modern and comfortable private vehicles (4×4 Land Cruiser or minivan depending on group size), all equipped with air conditioning.

Yes, we specialize in tailor-made trips. 

If you wish to modify the duration, add a destination (like Essaouira) or adapt the type of accommodation, contact us for a personalized quote.

Transfer days (Day 1, Day 7, etc.) are the longest, with 6 to 8 hours of driving (including photo stops and lunch). 

Other days are shorter to allow for activities and visits.

We select charming Riads and traditional guesthouses (like Riad Bab Todra) for their authenticity and comfort.

Our camps in the desert (Chegaga or Merzouga) are luxury or comfortable bivouacs. 

The tents are spacious and equipped with beds, and we provide sanitary facilities and showers (often shared, depending on the camp).

The best seasons are Spring (March to May) and Autumn (September to November).
